B | 消防、公安、综合执法等部门要加强联合检查，严查违规停放充电行为，依法对“进楼入户”“飞线充电”等违规停放充电行为开展执法查处、检查劝阻和宣传提示。

C | 同时要加强电动自行车停放充电场所使用管理，分类施策检查消防安全条件，满足消防救援需求。要坚决打非治违。市场监管部门要严格产品质量监管，对电动自行车、蓄电池、充电器等生产企业，逐一审查生产资质，常态化开展产品质量抽查，督促销售企业严格进货检查验收。

D |          　　会议强调，要务实工作作风，全面压实责任。各乡镇（街道）、相关部门要按照“党政同责、一岗双责、齐抓共管、失职追责”和“管行业必须管安全、管业务必须管安全、管生产经营必须管安全”的要求，逐级逐个压实监管部门、管理单位和使用人员的责任，坚决确保整治行动取得实效。
